<p class="para">Both <strong class="command">pear</strong> and <strong class="command">pecl</strong> tools should be available everywhere on command line. For that to work, pear&#8217;s binary (<tt class="literal">bin</tt>) directory should be in your <tt class="literal">PATH</tt> variable.</p>
